Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Max Portal, operated by SC Marlow Collective LLC (Dallas, Texas, USA). Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, and reporting to law enforcement where required.
Strictly prohibited
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors. We report to NCMEC.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, or threats of physical harm.
- Promotion or planning of violence, terrorism, or hate against protected groups.
- Sale of illegal goods, controlled substances, weapons, or stolen data.
- Fraud, phishing, scams, or impersonation of others.
- Malware, viruses, or attempts to disrupt the Service or its users.
- Copyright or trademark infringement.
- Unauthorized data scraping, credential stuffing, or rate-limit evasion.
Adult content
Sexually explicit broadcasts are not permitted on Max Portal. Hosts must keep content suitable for a general adult audience.
Reporting
Use the in-app Report button on any room or message, or email trust@scmarlowcollective.com. Urgent safety concerns: include "URGENT" in the subject. We aim to review within 24 hours.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend accounts, refuse refunds, and cooperate with law enforcement at our discretion to enforce this policy.
