Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Max Portal, operated by SC Marlow Collective LLC, a Texas limited liability company headquartered in Dallas, Texas, USA. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you broadcast paid content, you must be 18+ and legally able to form a binding contract.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@scmarlowcollective.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and payments

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard.
• All fees are in USD unless noted, exclusive of applicable taxes.
• For paid broadcasts via Stripe Connect, hosts keep 90% of net revenue; Max Portal retains a 10% platform fee. Stripe's processing fees apply separately.
• Refunds are at our sole discretion except where required by law.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you broadcast or upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, and display your content solely to operate the Service.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it without notice.

6. DMCA & copyright

To submit a copyright takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, email dmca@scmarlowcollective.comwith the URL of the infringing material, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, and a signature. We respond within 10 business days.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SC Marlow Collective LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless SC Marlow Collective LLC against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
