SC Marlow Collective LLC ("Max Portal", "we", "us"), a Texas limited liability company registered in Dallas, Texas, USA, operates portal.scmarlowcollective.com (the "Service"). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights over it.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: email, display name, avatar, password hash (handled by our auth provider).
  • Broadcast & meeting data: room titles, descriptions, chat messages, attachments, recordings, viewer counts.
  • Payment data: handled by Stripe. We store the customer ID, subscription status, last 4 digits, country — never full card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address, user agent, device type, session timestamps for security and abuse prevention.
  • Cookies: strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session state. No advertising cookies.

2. How we use your data

  • Provide the Service (host broadcasts, deliver messages, process payments).
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, meeting reminders, password resets).
  • Detect fraud, abuse, and content violations.
  • Comply with legal obligations (DMCA, tax, court orders).

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Sub-processors

  • Supabase — database, authentication, file storage.
  • Stripe — payment processing and Connect payouts.
  • Agora — real-time video and audio streaming.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, DDoS protection.

4. Your rights

Under GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), and Texas privacy law, you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@scmarlowcollective.com. We respond within 30 days.

5. Data retention

Account data is kept for the life of your account plus 30 days after deletion. Recordings are kept until you delete them. Payment records are kept for 7 years for tax compliance. Audit logs are kept for 2 years.

6. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it.

7. International transfers

Data is processed in the United States and the European Union. Sub-processors operate under Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
